Dawn C. Stewart
MPA, Founder/CEO

Dawn Cynthia Fraser Stewart born in Guyana, South America migrated to the United States 1972, graduated from NYC with a BSC in Nursing and Social Psychology and from Troy State University with a MPA. She is currently pursuing a PhD in environmental Science and Public Policy at George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Dawn has been involved in public service for over 25 years and has held executive and leadership positions in the military volunteer organizations and with the department of Defense. Her career has focused on the safety and occupational health of civilians, foreign nationals, and military service members. Founder of Caribbean People International Collective, Inc (CPIC) and Aids Walk Caribbean, Dawn is the proud mother of four Roger, Ryan, Ramelia and Reall.

Ryan Stewart-Frederick

Ryan is an active volunteer in the community coaching youth clubs for soccer and wrestling. Within CPIC he participates and manages numerous projects. Ryan headsthe Youth Summit held every year in Guyana. The Youth Summit is a program Designed to educate young kids in the caribbean about living a healthy lifestyle and protecting themselves from the dangers of un safe sexual activity. In addition the summit takes young leaders and provides them with tools to succeed and influence their peers.

While working for CPIC Ryan have has worked in our annual aids walk promoting the event and talking to individuals of the caribbean community in the Brooklyn Flatbush area about the affects of AIDS/HIV within the community and promoting prevention methods.
