Dawn C. Stewart MPA, Founder/CEO
Dawn Cynthia Fraser Stewart born in Guyana, South America migrated to the United States 1972, graduated from NYC with a BSC in Nursing and Social Psychology and from Troy State University with a MPA. She is currently pursuing a PhD in environmental Science and Public Policy at George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Dawn has been involved in public service for over 25 years and has held executive and leadership positions in the military volunteer organizations and with the department of Defense. Her career has focused on the safety and occupational health of civilians, foreign nationals, and military service members. Founder of Caribbean People International Collective, Inc (CPIC) and Aids Walk Caribbean, Dawn is the proud mother of four Roger, Ryan, Ramelia and Reall. |
